Agreement between John Parsons of Spernall (Warwicks.), gentleman, and Mary his wife, of the one part, and Thomas Fetherston of Packwood (Warwicks.), of the other; whereby the said John and Mary Parsons undertake before St. Andrew's day next to levy a fine to the said Thomas Fetherston of a capital messuage in 1 close or pasture called "Barneclose" [other locations named] in Spernall, of which John Parson is seized in tail general, with the intent that Thomas Fetherston shall stand seized thereof to the use of John and Mary and of their assigns.
